Due to the nature of this business, regretfully
all orders are non-refundable.
Please keep in mind that your product has been personalized to your own
specifications.
Because of this, you are urged to check and re-check any and all information
(e.g. spelling, dates, colors, etc;) when ordering.
In the event an error has been made on
Personalized Perfections part,
a replacement or credit to the company ONLY will be made promptly.
Sorry, no refunds. If any error is found, it needs to be brought to my attention
BEFORE any replacements are made.
No replacements will be honored unless I am contacted first

information)
at which point instructions will be given for the procedure to return an erroneous product
for replacement or credit.
